Order and Contact Information

Complete Online Order Form and Pay by Phone:  Select the Order Form button at the top of the page.  Fill out and submit the order form with your selected items.  Your order will be e-mailed directly to us and we will confirm your order by email as well as contact you for credit card information.

Order and Pay by Phone:   Just make a note of the items you wish to purchase and give us a call and we'll take care of the order process for you.

Payment Options:   You have the option of paying by Visa, MasterCard or cheque.  If you are paying by cheque, please make your cheque payable to The Barootes Partnership Group, which is the parent company of Flying Cloud.

Please note:  All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Shipping charges:   Alberta - $2.00 per garden flag, $3.00 per art flag, $8.00 per garden flag holder, $15.00 per garden stand, $20.00 per flagpole/bracket combination.  Across Canada - $2.00 per garden flag, $3.00 per art flag, $10.00 per garden flag holder, $20.00 per garden stand, $25.00 per flagpole/bracket combination.  To the United States - $3.00 per garden flag, $5.00 per art flag. 

*Note:  We will notify you of any additional charges for oversize or overweight orders.

Return policy:  If you wish to return or exchange an item, please give us a call first and send it back to us with the invoice stating the reason for the return and the action you wish to take.

Note:   We recommend that you ensure your flag flies free from any contact with a house or structure.  If it cannot reach anything other than the wind, it will hang beautifully for you for years!  

Delivery:  In stock items are shipped the next business day and delivered within 4 - 10 business days.  Out of stock items can be ordered and shipped within 3 - 5 weeks.  Holiday items should be ordered early for best selection and prompt delivery.

Confidentiality:  At Flying Cloud we respect our customer's confidentiality and privacy.  We assure you that we will never share your confidential information with any third party, or use it in any way to violate your privacy.
